Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 3+ years experience in pre-litigation personal injury and car accident cases.
The right applicant should have a demonstrated interest in personal injury/insurance law, strong analytical skills and exceptional communication talent. This attorney will be aggressive on behalf of their clients with solid negotiating skills and the ability to handle a case load of their own. Personal Injury Call Center Rep
Personal Injury Law Firm John Foy & Associates is seeking an Intake Specialist. This role will be a part of the initial contact team for our potential clients. Great phone skills, sales ability, professionalism and compassion for the client a must.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering telephone calls, verifying information, and showing empathy to potential clients. Skills and Qualifications: Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening Techniques, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking, Time Management, Relationship Building, Overcoming Objections.
