Kathyrn Nicole Guzner

Kathyrn N. Guzner is a proud Atlanta native. She graduated with honors from the University of Georgia in 2005 and earned her Juris Doctorate at Georgia State University College of Law in 2012.

While earning her law degree, Kathyrn worked full-time as a paralegal for an insurance defense firm, teaching her valuable insights into how insurance companies operate. Kathyrn’s legal experience includes a broad civil litigation background of complex, million-dollar cases ranging from investment schemes and derivative corporate transactions to government contracts. Since transitioning to personal injury law, she has successfully won complex trucking cases and structural collapse premise liability cases.

Kathyrn is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), has authored chapters of a Bloomberg Law treatise, and has served on the Board of the Georgia Association of Women’s Lawyers Gwinnett chapter.

In her personal life, Kathyrn enjoys painting, cooking, and attending theatre performances with her husband and two daughters.
