Alexandra Svoboda

Alexandra Svoboda grew up in the Atlanta area and is a proud University of Georgia Bulldog. While at UGA, she dedicated her time to The Defender-Advocate Society, which is a group of legal-minded students who provide free assistance to students facing conduct proceedings. She then attended Mercer University School of Law, where she served on the Intellectual Property Moot team. Alex has been a member of the Georgia State Bar since 2007, having begun her career in insurance subrogation before moving into general civil litigation, both in-house and private practice. She has represented thousands of clients in tort, premises, and construction litigation, and is a member of all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District.

She is also registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a mediator in civil litigation and domestic relations law. Alex enjoys volunteering with The Warrior Alliance to help military veterans succeed after service, focusing on landlord tenant law, family law, and any general civil matter. She is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the DeKalb Bar Association, the Brookhaven Bar Association, the Gwinnett Bar Association, the Stonewall Bar Association, and Lawyers Club. In her time away from law, Alex is a massage therapy student, enjoys concerts, symphonies, and photography exhibits, and attends as many Braves games as possible with her two sons.
