Robert Sneed

Robert M. Sneed focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, assisting clients in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area as well as in other parts of Georgia. Admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Georgia since 1998, Mr. Sneed is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. 

Prior to becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Sneed spent several years as a lawyer at a well-known liability insurance company. This has enabled him to anticipate the tactics that defendants and their insurance attorneys will often raise when representing people who have been seriously harmed as a result of the negligence of other parties. Mr. Sneed’s caseload has included truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, other motor vehicle crashes, premises liability, and construction site and other workplace accidents. 

Mr. Sneed has been able to secure millions of dollars in compensation for his plaintiff clients, and this has happened through jury awards at the conclusion of trials as well as through settlements that he has negotiated out of court. This successful track record has not gone unnoticed by his fellow members of the bar, and they thus have awarded him an AV Preeminent peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell as well as being named a Georgia SuperLawyer. A member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Sneed enjoys golf and loves to travel with his wife.
