Scholarship Terms and Conditions
The John Foy & Associates “Strong Arm” Leukemia Scholarship is open to all undergraduate students attending or scheduled to attend an accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants must be a student or scheduled to enroll by Spring or Fall of 2025 at an accredited college or university in the United States. The scholarship will be determined by our selection committee and no other. All decisions will be final. Proof of diagnosis with any form of leukemia may be required with all applications. John Foy & Associates is not responsible for technical issues that prevent applications from being submitted and considered.
Winner may also need to provide supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy and accuracy of all statements made in essay.
Anyone who meets the following conditions is NOT eligible to apply:
- Employees or children of employees of the John Foy & Associates
- Past recipients of the Strong Arm Leukemia Scholarship
- Applicants who are unable/unwilling to be interviewed by a representative of John Foy & Associates if he/she were to be awarded the scholarship.
- Applicants who submit the same application for multiple years in a row or for multiple scholarships
PRIVACY STATEMENT: Any personal information you provide with your scholarship application will not be sold, shared or publicly distributed by John Foy & Associates. Any information you submit will be solely used for scholarship selection and will be deleted after the selection process. The winner, however, will be publicly announced and featured on our company website.
NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT: A selection committee appointed by the Law Offices of John Foy & Associates will determine the winner of the John Foy & Associates “Strong Arm” Leukemia Scholarship. The selection will in no way be influenced by gender, race, national origin, sexual preferences, disability or other legally protected categories. Selection will be made solely on application requirement and our committee’s evaluation of the application video or essay.
NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION STATUS: Scholarship winners will be decided approximately 30-60 days after the deadline. All applicants will be notified of their status at that time.
