WBS TV reported on a crash that happened a short while ago on GA 400 involving two fatalities. The crash happened between Shiloh Road and Majors Roads.
Police reported they received several 911 calls about a wrong-way driver speeding down the busy road in the wee hours of the morning. Unfortunately, the police could not stop the driver before he crashed. He was estimated going at speeds of 100 mph as he drove south down the northbound lanes.
The crash was so intense that both cars burst into flames and killed both drivers instantly. The driver of the innocent vehicle was a well-known reality television star, according to social media reports.
We wish to extend our condolences to the families of both victims. We know how frustrating it can feel to know that someone was responsible for a death, but the circumstances make it impossible to get an answer about why it happened.
